At the heart of our organization lies the realization of our responsibility towards the society that has given us our identity. We believe that it is our moral duty to contribute to the betterment of our society. It is with this belief that ValueLabs Foundation (VLF) was established.

We have been actively promoting social welfare initiatives since inception. VLF focuses on the following social causes:

Health care
Education
Environmental awareness
Future of India (child welfare)
Traffic awareness
Our efforts

We work with ‘Shraddha Rehabilitation Foundation’ to pick up roadside destitute from Hyderabad and Madurai and send them to Karjat for rehabilitation. The destitute are cured and are then reunited with their families.

In our aim to improve literacy, we have closely associated ourselves with ‘Rural Development Foundation’ (RDF) towards upgrading rural education in our country. In addition, we endorse education of the girl child through the ‘Nanhi Kali’ program. We also support various schools for the under privileged. Through sponsorships, we provide financial assistance to students, thus giving them the opportunity to pursue further studies.

We work closely with the ‘Ramakrishna Mission’, part-financing the social schemes that they have been running in different parts of the country. We have been jointly working towards providing drinking water to 100+ villages and offering free medical care, food for those who are deprived and differently abled. A case in point is the financial aid we provided to Peddapuram, an important Municipal town in the East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. The aid was used in digging a bore-well for the village and in providing free medical care for the villagers.

Our support is also extended to NGOs like ‘Braille Without Borders’.Through the ‘Traffic Warden’ program, we have been contributing towards traffic awareness.

We encourage our employees to contribute to social welfare. In one of our initiatives, we collected donations from across the company to help Andhra Pradesh flood victims in our flood relief program through ‘Ramakrishna Mission’.

As we grow, we aim to increase our contribution towards the society. Our CEO Arjun Rao says, ” When we go out of the way to help with causes that are beyond ourselves, I believe that we become much better as individuals. The same thing holds true at the company level too. As we continue to grow at the rapid rate of growth we have seen over the past few years, we will make increasing budgetary allocations towards Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.”
