Our commitments
At the heart of our Clients approach

AXA’s corporate ambition is to become the preferred company of its clients, its employees and its shareholders.
To achieve this goal, the quality and performance of the IT infrastructure management services are critical. In the Financial Protection business, the production line equivalent is the IT system, enabling AXA’s employees and distributors to deliver the service expected by clients each day.

AXA Technology Services is one of the main players involved in ensuring the quality of this information system.
That is why we are committed to providing:

Quality of service, regularly monitored through Service Level Agreements and Customer Scope surveys, Price competitiveness, below market price in the financial services industry, regularly benchmarked by a third-party company, Customer centricity, to proactively manage client expectations and act as active advisors,
Expertise and professionalism, thanks to our dedicated teams.

Within AXA Technology Services, the way we deliver these 4 commitments is guided by 3 core attitudes in our daily actions:
Available / We are there when our customers need us.
Attentive / We put ourselves in our customer’s shoes.
Reliable / We say what we do and do what we say.

Organization
Consolidation, rationalization and transversality

AXA Technology Services was born out of the consolidation of the various teams managing IT infrastructures in AXA Group companies around the world. Grouping them together in this way has made it possible to rationalize in-house operating processes, which have become transversal, while generating savings and improving quality.. AXA Technology Services has based its processes on ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) best practices, and uses 6 Sigma methodology to improve them.

To further strengthen this convergence, AXA Technology Services has grouped its companies together within an organization built around five divisions:
North America (US, Canada, Mexico)

Northern Europe (Germany, Belgium)

Central Europe (UK, Switzerland, Eastern countries)

Southern Europe (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco)

Asia-Pacific (Australia, Hong Kong, India, Japan)

AXA Technology Services: a responsible business
Committed to safeguarding the world around us, integrating the environment and supporting social philanthropy and responsible practices.

AXA Technology Services’ commitment to implementing a sustainable development strategy is built around two foundations:
The Green Computing program, aimed at optimizing the AXA Group's IT resources in line with the principles of sustainable development,
Social volunteering through the AXA Hearts In Action association.

AXA Hearts In Action: a voluntary commitment by staff on community outreach initiatives
In 1991,

AXA created AXA Hearts In Action, grouping together staff from around the world looking to make a personal commitment outside of their work time on volunteering actions with existing associations.

AXA Hearts In Action builds bridges between these associations and the company's employees who wish to participate as volunteers in community outreach initiatives.

AXA Hearts In Action covers a wide range of fields, from disability to health, assistance for victims of natural disasters, and social exclusion.
