                                     Zensar Technologies Selection Procedure

I was in the 6th semester when Zensar Technologies conducted the Pre assessment test for Zensar Corporate Training. The Test consisted of Group Discussion followed by Aptitude test. GD was on the Current and usual topics like FDI, Social Networking etc. & the aptitude consisted of few Analytical, Verbal and Logical questions. The difficulty level was moderate. The ones who cleared the above two rounds were given training in the 7th semester. The training consisted of 

Communication Skills: 40 hours 
Programming Basics: 40 hours 
Java / Dot Net: 80 hours 
PL-SQL: 40 hours 

We were given an option to choose from Java and Dot Net framework. The training was rigorous, starting at 9:00 am in morning till 7:00 pm in the evening. We were trained by Certified Corporate Trainers. We used to have tests every day in the evening and the results were recorded. On the last day of the Java training we had a 3 hours test and were told to write a program for “Vodafone Billing System” (Prepaid/Postpaid billing system) and I was the one to complete the program first with all the 6 Test cases executed successfully. Similarly on last day of PL-SQL training we were tested & were told to write a PL-SQL program for “Pizza Delivery System”. Overall, based on all the Test Results 15 candidates were selected and were called at Zensar Technologies, Kharadi for the HR round. Around 10 candidates cleared the HR round and were offered with the post of Junior Software Developer and I was among one of them. So guys don’t miss the chance if you are getting this kind of training/Internship in any company because this Corporate Training / Internship worth a lot and you cannot get this kind of experience anywhere.
