Hi Friends Here TCS new and latest pattern of their recruitment
TCS visited our college this years placement drive on 11th and 12 th September -2013 .This time TCS changed their placement pattern of aptitude test compared to last years..
For TCS this pattern more concentration you have to give Number, ratio, Equations, Reasoning, Time and distance etc.., questions and reasoning coding,etc dont waste time to refer and studying -logical reasoning and data interpretation
My personal suggestion and advice is that Refer TCS Open Seasame pattern on TCS website.
TCS quantitative aptitude questions was CAT level questions Practice is important factor. Lots of practice ......Refer and practice TCS mock on line practice test for different sites......don't totally depend on RS Agarwal questions... If you want to know the question pattern my suggestion is that refer previous years questions in different sites....This was TCS aptitude and reasoning part this years analysis
And Next TCS verbal ability part It is quiet different from previous years Verbal ability part was just formal
One is TCS email Writing ie.., some keywords given...we have to compose mail using that keywords and description
TCS eliminator round mainly aptitude roud, after aptitude round,300-500 students only 55 were able to attend next round 5/6 from each branches.. TCS Technical and Managerial round HR was next day 12 the September
TCS Second round was personal interview round
Mainly they are all 4 people for tech HR personal round
In TCS Technical round most of the questions from our core subjects, you should have through knowledge about your stream mainly 1 or 2 programming languages they give preference to those who are knowledge about programming languages
Get the basic idea of your project, it is definitely asked question in TCS Technical Interview
TCS managerial or HR Round questions like personal this was best part of TCS selection procedure
1. Introduce yourself?
2. Why IT? (As I was from core background).
3. Strengths, weakness?
4. Higher studies?
5. Goals after 5 years?
6. Relocation?
told some formalities and the interview around 1 hours
Some important tips for TCS Campus Recruitment
Keep practicing aptitude, refer previous years placement papers
Some main aptitude topics to concentrate ....probability, time and distance, time and work, number system, chain rule, pipes and cisterns Permutations & Combinations.
Keep practicing the hr questions given in different sites, with answer. It will helps a lot during interview.
Keep smiling throughout all interview, this will make best impression
Give good answer for strength and weakness aim
