The placement process of TCS is very exigent and has several levels of test and interview process. This process is practiced by the TCS so as to select good candidates from a huge bunch of students.The written test will consist of very general questions. The Psychometric Test will have 150 questions which you will have to answer in 30 minutes. You need to be very honest while answering these questions. b) Group discussion Preparation tips
This will be the toughest level for most of the candidates as they have to be open in front of a crowd. One can overcome this by creating an interactive section with their friends and there by be comfortable to face a crowd. One has to be sure that they talk about the key points at the time of discussion and be sure that their comments should not hurt any candidate.
c) Interview Preparation tips
The panel may pose some tricky questions to get an idea about the character of the candidate in a few minutes. The candidate should be well planned to judge the intention of each question. There can be questions from the subject so the candidates need to be prepared in their subject. Never try to be over smart in front of the panel. Humbly admit the fact, if not sure about the answer.The important factor is maintaining a confidence level through out the process.
