# TCS Candidate-Experiences

hi all....

TCS conducted a campus recruitment drive in our college.. before the test day.. students were given two doc files containing some aptitude questions : 451 sample questions.. n majority of the actual test questions were same as those present in that 451 sample questions file. The paper consists of quant, verbal ability, reasoning & data interpreatation! level was OK.. Therer was negative marking.. dont know the exact marking scheme.. main thing is the apti qstns were very long but the real qstn is only at the end of the story! :) they never reveal the selection criteria.. i have heard that there is some upper & lower cutoff provision. & they recruit less 4m core branches like mech,civil,electrical.. :) I think..now, they have changed the test pattern..but, apti qstns were quite intstng.. here are some of the questions :

To make a perfume that is in demand the following conditions are to be followed: Lilac and Balsalmic go together. Woody and Mimosaic go together, Woody and Balsalmic never go together. Lemon can be added with any material. (Actually they had also mentioned how much amount of one can be added with how much quantity of the other; but that's not needed for the question.) All of the following combinations are possible to make a perfume EXCEPT: 1) Balsalmic and Lilac 2) Woody and Lemon 3) Mimosaic and Woody 4) Mimosaic and Lilac
