Hello Friends,
I appeared at TCS drive at Nagpur, the pattern they followed was:
 
1.  Aptitude Test: 35 Questions in 60 Mins. All Quantitative type. Only R.S. Aggarwal is sufficient to crack aptitude, do remember  that questions are too big with a vast numerical values given. But the questions asked needs very less information usually at the end or sometimes in middle. So read tge question fast in around 10 second and find the question as well as the needed information (always in 2-3 sentences but not scattered here and there, i mean always together.) Do view all the questions once as they consider that. Our Cut off was somewhere around 16, they selected 65 out of 490 in aptitude.

2. Technical Interview: You just need basic C/C++ knowledge to get through. Do study your project well as they stress on it in each round.

3. Managerial Interview:
Stress on your team work skills. Be ready with some of ur team work examples.( like Team-sports, Organizing, etc.)

4. HR Round
: Not much stress on it. Some very basic questions regional, family background, just formality.

All rounds were knockout once so do well in all.
Finally they selected 36 out of 65 and i was one of them.
