1.Aptitude Section : (It consists all aptitude topics easy questions come from Time and work, speed, relative speed, average, mean HCF,LCM.SI,CI,etc..,
Time is important factor
2.Technical section : Tough and tricky tooo
Questions covers the syllabi of NETWORKING,
(OSI LAYERS AND FUNCTIOS,TOKEN BUS,ROUTING ALGORITHM,CSMA/CA/CD)
DIGITAL AND ANALOG ELECTRONICS( FLIP FLOP,MUX,AVALANCHE/JENER BREAKDOWN,CURRENT EMITER,CB MODE OF NPN TRANSISTOR),
MICROPROCESSOR(FLAG,8255 MODE,DIRECT ADDRESSING AND THEY EVEN ASKED FOR PROBABLE O/P OF CERTAIN INSTRUCTIONS.)
2nd set: technical knowledge (tough and tricky too)
I SCORED 88% AND GOT THROUGH THE NEXT ROUND.
Reliance RIL Next Day : 2nd Round
TECHNICAL+ HR : Two panelists.
It was not tough enough.
Question mostly from the subjects of my choice(DSp,digital,data structure,networking)
APART from this, they asked few questions from 8051(perhaps i did a training on it)
and basic telecommunication(circuit and packet switching)e.tc.
They also asked about hobbies,family background,moto etcs.. upon clearing this round we were confirmed we would shortly receive calls from our t.po. about the probable date of our telephonic interview.
During this time we were instructed not to switch off our mobile.
Reliance RIL3rd round
Telephonic interview mostly comprises with technical.
They emphasizes on candidates technical knowledge as the designation was "NETWORK ENGINEER"..:)
APPROX. 2 MONTHS LATER I GOT TO KNOW I CLEARED IT ..:)
They mailed OFFER+JOINING LETTER 7 DAYS PRIOR TO JOINING.
It was my 1ST JOINING lETTER...SO lived in Ecstasy,but later decided not to join it..:D
Hard Work and only performance matter.
