 Hi there !

  Now I am a part of L n T Infotech, and would like to share my experience.

  The Selection procedure consists of 5 rounds i.e

1.Aptitude

2.Group Discussion

3.Technical Interview

4.Paragraph Writing

5.HR Interview

 L n T Infotech selection procedure

  The First 3 rounds were elimination round.

Once you are clear with them certainly you are in.Just make sure that in HR round you have something unique to say which is relevant to corporate world.

Paragraph writing is just formality to check your writing and grammar skills and not a elimination round.

  First round was aptitude. It consists of 3 sections separately.

Time & Work

Profit & Loss

Simple Interest

Percentage

Pipes Problem

Time and Distance

Upstream n Downstream

Odd man out, series

 Total 90 questions 90 min. Each section 30 questions.

  Second Round Group Discussion

  My topic was

Is Indian Education career oriented or Business oriented.

It went both side and at last everyone were given an opportunity to conclude the topic. Make sure you speak several times and sometimes relevent finally coming to a conclusion status and not just speaking anything while concluding. Take active participation and give response to everyone as marks are there for team work and active participation.

  Third Round was Technical

Mostly they will ask on your final year project so be preapared. Also they will ask on the points written on your form which they will ask to fill before coming to campus procedure. Make sure you write those things on the form which you know very well.

  The Fourth Round was paragraph writing

It is just mere formality, to check your writing skills.

  Finally HR round.

The 1st question to me was tell me something about yourself which is not in your resume and in short, then she asked me about why L nT, then on Points written in the form, and finally on relocation.

Keep it short and simple yet effective.

  Thus, I was able to clear all the rounds and got selected.

  Don't loose hope, try and work hard. To tell you all this was my 9th company.
