Aptitude was Bit easy.

DOMAIN WAS SLIGHTLY TOUGH….
45-48 QS FROM NETWORK ANALYSIS
2-3 FROM TESTING OF MACHINES
FEW QS FROM MACHINES
3-4 QS ON POWER SYSTEM
They mainly focus on any one subject of curriculam…So be ready to go through any subject…Not on any particular subject….
Sectional cut-off is very high in all the times in all India get Entry Scheme.........................
Results came on 4 Nov.2008,1865 persons were selected..
407 were from Electrical Branch….All across the nation.
GD was non-elimination round only behavior  based  and  performance  based  marking was analyzed…Try to speak well and take part in GD.. Its good chance to put your image.
Marks are analyzed while Final Selection. interview was conducted soon after GD Process….

Interview Details.::::::::::::
I was interviewed at JSPL,Riagarh on 19 Nov.2008.
3 people were sat infront of me.All from 3 Generations.
One was 50-55yrs old,other was 40-48yrs nearly,and last was nearly 35yrs old.They were very  nice  people .
Interviewer: Tell me about your self ,family  background, hobbies in 3 min.
Me: I replied nicely.
Interviewer: Asked about favorite subject.
Me: Elec. Machines But he asked about P-V diagram on 4Stroke petrol engine.
Me : I Managed somehow.
Interviewer: About Mech subjects in curiculum.
Me: I replied.
Interviewer: Star-Delta protection of Transformer,Gap in Induction Motor, Directional Relay and Protection, Distance Protection.

I was interviewed  nearly about 30 Mints.
Results came out after  few months. I 've  posted in JINDAL POWER LTD.,TAMNAR(RIAGARH),FIRSTB MEGA POWER PLANT……
