This is Rahul from bhopal. In infosys written test, there will be two test. one verbal reasoning test. It contains 30 Q to be completed in 40 minutes. It has following questions: 5 q on data sufficiency . A statement (basically a question based on simple quantitative aptitude) is given n two statements r given.U have to decide if both or either or none of them gives answer. It is easy n scoring 5 q on syllogism. Every question has 4 option and each option has three statements. out of four options u ve to identify which of the has logically correct statements. 5 q on data interpretation. in my paper it was based on table. 5 q on 5 figure series type. You have to identify odd one out of five figure. there were two puzzles. 5 q each. English verbal test: 40 q and 35 minutes I don't remember exact distribution of English 1 . it has two passages. containing 5 questions each. 2. 5 q on correct sentence filling 3. 5 q on identifying correct sentence out of four options. 4.5 q in which u ve identify which of the four option is correct n sholud be replaced with the given sentence part. 5 . 5 q in which a small passage is given n u ve to identify the conclusion inferred or theme of the passage. Tips: if u ve time.pratice some questions of reasoning from RS Aggarwal reasoning book.its more than enough.u must b familiar with each type of question.do puzzles from RS aggarwal. I remember there was puzzle like P Q R S T U are teachers. they teach diff subjects.. etc one was on musical note like E F G H I J K. for data interpretation practice solved ques from RS aggarwal quanta book.if u ve time u can do practise. English is really bit difficult.just go through tense , articles , verbs , preposition n most importantly look "SUBJECT-VERB" realtion rules. Go through any grammer book.but "WREN N MARTIN ENGLISH Grammer book" is good. see its correct usage n above mentioned topics. go throgh internet n search sentence correction tips. For interview. just be confident of u.They look for confident ppl.They dont ask any technical question but be prepare on everything about ur project. All d best. God bless you
