Interview-HR Interview
Hi Guys,
Infosys drive was a nice experience. It started with an aptitude which is easy to crack unless you mess it up followed by an HR interview.
The HRs a generally aged and polite. So you guys should not worry
Here are the excerpts of the interview:
Me: May I come in mam
HR: Yes
HR: Have a seat
Me: Good Afternoon Mam
HR: Tell me something about yourself. Tell me something which is not through in resume
Me: Told qualities. Family background.
HR: Why not dads profession?
Me: Told reason (smile)
HR: (Going through the resume) looking at your extra curricular. I want know something wihch you planned or organised in your college.
Me: Told
HR: Tel me about your be project. (meanwhile the HR is sleepy, orders 4 a coffee)
Me: I wait. Til she asks me 2 continue and than proceed
HR: How do you study?
Me: Told
HR: What are your goals in life?
Me: Told
HR: Nods with a smile.
Me: I ask if thats it, lol

Guys just speak confidently and be polite. They just check your spoken english.
