INFOSYS PAPER ON 19TH MAY,2008 

Hey I just want to say that it is easy to go through INFOSYS . INFY came to our college on 19 may as a on campus drive
A total of 140 attended the written
Among which 49 got thru
and finally 40 were selected

WRITTEN
as u know the first we have to fill the application form
fill it carefully

Then come the ANALYTICAL part(40min-30ques) 
1) first one was puzzle type model in the rs aggarwal 
2) second one is a series completion
3) third data sufficiency 
4) fourth is data interpretation one easy one
5) another puzzle as in 1
6) syllogism

each of these had 5 sub question. everyone was easy except the puzzle one
for preparing for this i reccommend you to go through NON-VERBAL AND VERBAL 
BOOK BY R S AGGARWAL

In this it is better to go thru
->PUZZLE TEST and BLOOD RELATION from FIRST part for the both PUZZLE questions
->LOGIC from the SECOND PART for SYLLOGISM
->SERIES from the THIRD part for SERIES COMPLETION
->for DATA SUFFIENCY go thru all basic formula of RATIOS , PROPORTIONS ,PROFITS AND LOSS
go thro also DATA SUFFIENCY FROM RS AGGARWAL QUANT APTI AND NON VERBAL
->DATA INTERPRETATION it is enough to go through DATA INTERPRETATION from
RS AGGARWAL QUANT APTI 

if you prepare for the above topics it will be enough .i prepared from them for only 1 week 
and i got thru the analytical written test


ENGLISH(35min-40ques)

There were 2 RC both lenghty . better to do at end i.e 10 ques 5 each

then there were 30 question more of a fill in the type one based on
AMONG them they mainly focused on
-> TENSES
->PREPOSITION 
->BEST SUITED WORD
->CONCLUSION OF THE PARA
->PICK THE CORRECT SENTENCE

if your good at English then going thru the basic will be enough
otherwise go thru some material of cat preparation

SO LESS PREPARATION THAN OTHERS PREPARE WELL FOR WRITTEN 
IF U GET THROUGH THIS THEN UR 90% THRU TO GET A JOB
