INFOSYS PAPER ON 5th APRIL

Hi frnds ,
Infosys visited our college on 5 & 6 april . around 1200 stdnts  gave the aptitude test and out of them only 203 were short listed for the final interview and after the interview only 122 were finally selected and luckily i was one of them.

The apti test of infosys was divided into two parts:
1. Reasoning(verbal & non verbal)
2.English

for verbal & non verbal u can just go thru R.S Agarwal verbal non verbal which is more than enough :reasoning part consists of 6 ques each ques with five parts each.

There was ques of  data interpretation, one puzzle, series of figures, direction problem(a girl goes in west than she turns left than she turn to right tell in which direction she is moving ),data sufficiency etc. the apti portion was very easy other than d.i problem. there was 30 ques in 40 mins

Second portion was oe english
1.two pessages
2.fill in the blanks
3.passage concl.
4.find best expression among sentences
5.best 3 senteces out of 6 which are related to each other.
there was 40 ques to be done in 35 mins
for english ur tense should be good and can use any good english book . i used tmh publication (hari mohan prasad)

H.R round
next was the h.r round that    was very cool round  and the h.r's were really cool they generally ask g.k , puzzles , current affairs so u should have a good knowledge about them they just want to check ur coomunication skills, confidence & ur approach towards the problem  so dont be nervous and worry if u dont know the puzzle but dont give up & keep  trying for it until he ask u other ques . I dint solve my puzzle but tried hard for it and finally got selected...................
