INFOSYS PAPER ON 5th DECEMBER AT HYDERABAD
Hi Frnds.... today i attended infosys off campus in hyd....Frnds eventhough i didnt clear the written round itseld but submitting the test paper to help some one who are really hunting for job.......
I applied for infosys in the month of may,24th and got hall ticket on Nov 19th.....My test date is Dec 5th....So, who all applied for infosys they will get hall tickets for sure...As they will send hall tic 2 weeks before, there is enough time to prepare for the test......
As usual the pattern is same with Reasoning(40min) and Verbal(30 min)...
As my test is online conducted by MERIT TRAC SERVICES... the test started with questions all randomly........
first question is figure series....(Find the missing figure in the series.. direct question from R.S.Agarwal Vrbl &NonVrbl book page no. 111,question 38:Page 107 example one)
Like this 5 questions are followd... very easy........No need of any preparation.........
2nd set of questions are on puzzle test (direct MODEL question from R.S.Agarwal Vrbl &NonVrbl book page 316 problem 29 to 33)...this also very easy.........
3rd set is syllogisms.........5 questions are given each with Only two statements..... these also came directly...
Next set is data interpretation ......this is very tough.........time consuming........ some circular graph is given ..it consists of inner circle and outer circle.... inner circle is Times of india and outer cirle is india times..... expenditure of times of ind is 300 crores and for india times is 200 crores....the expenditure is on items like adds(18%),utilities(25%),and some data..... the questions are so confusing that i could understand once...... i was really shocked... but done alll of them
first quesio is like this (1)Wat is the expenditure spent on favourite adds by the times groups? follwed by 5 options..
Ans: (18*300/100)+(24*200/100)
All are like this only.........
Next set is some puzzzle type question...........some computer chips problem
Its submitted by some one in this site only........easy one.....................
I'm sure that i will get 28/30 in this paper.............
But i didnt able to kkeeeepppp even a single option in verbal paper...........
Its very difficult for me...........
My advise is no need to buy wren and martin..........just study some CAT materials for correction of sentences, fill in the blankS with suitable words(ALL ARE HIGH.............. LEVEL ENGLISH ONLY)...........
Replace the underline word with suitable options..................and two lengthy passages on homosapines and like this some other passage)...............
Thats all frnds ........... my batch is 3rd batch to take written exam... 25 per batch......... 6 of them cleared written............
As i completed reasoning paper i felt very happy but as i saw the english paper i i i i i ...........No words to express it.........

U know frnds this was my 26th trail......... and this infosys is my second attempt............I'm 2007 passout only.........I attended ADP,IBM,WIPRO(twice),SONATA(twice),SATYAM(twice),CONVERGIES,VIRTUSA,U.S. TECHNOLOGY RESOURCES,GENPACT SOFTWARES,MEDHA SERVO DRIVES, MAVERIC And many..........I'm hunting for job since from my final year June19th,2006...............God knows where my destiny is and where my journey ends.................Best of luck to all my frnds and others who are going to attend off campus in india........
To my knowledge........Next shedule for off campus in hyd is Dec16th,St.Francis college and Dec 19th in merit trac......... i think so........
Hal tickets will be sent to candidates as soon as shedule progrm in one place is completed...............
