INFOSYS PAPER ON 1st AUGUST 2006 AT HUBLI
Hi friends,
this is vivek & sujit who are sending the placement paper which was conducted 2 us on 1st Aug 2006
We were 393 who attended but only 75 were eligible for interview among them 72 got the offer letter........
APTITUDE:(We dont remember all the questions but tried our best.)
1) A mathematician was aged 80 in the year 490. However he was aged 70 in 500. When was he born...?
2) Frog climbs 3 ft during day and slips by 2 ft during night. how mang days does it take for the frog to reach the top.of a 30 feet well.
3) There are 729 balls and one of them is slightly heavier than the rest. What is the minimum no of weighings required to find out d heavier one?
4) A and B travelling by bycycle and car respectively reach the office at the same time. One day A is 20 mins late and B overtakes him when he is just 5 miles away from office.A is travelling at 12mph what is the speed of B?
5) Same Sarorean Narorean problem.............
6) Same coloured cards problem...............
7) 4 musicians ... diferrent conditions were given.... find the voilinist.... this was a easy one.....
8) one cube is painted red on the surface and was cut into 125pieces.
1)Find out how many were
a.3 side painted.
b.2 side painted
c.1 & 0 side painted..
2) if all these cubes are placed in a bag... what is the probability of getting a red face...
9)A series problem it was bit difficult........
thats it , we can remember only these .....
English test for 30 mins was easy.......... don worry....
interview is toooooooooooooooo easy just be urself and talk more very easy puzzles ll be asked if not answered its k
just talk talk talk...........
A final word " Solve as many previous infy papers as possible " this helped us a lot and now we are placed in Infy.....
