Hai this is Sujith from University college of Engineering,Trivandrum. IBS came to our college for recruitment on 7/1/2012 eligibility:70 % above(with no back papers) IBS payment scale:2.64 lakhs
IBS Selection Procedure consists 1.Written Test 2.Group discussion 3.Technical interview 4.HR interview IBS written test: 1 hour,50 0r 52 or 54 IBS written test consist of 52 questions. questions were distributed as 1mark,2mark,3mark questions. 1 mark questions were quite easy and 3 mark questions were little bit difficult and time consuming. There was no negative marking Questions were mainly from: profit and loss (many questions) Time,distance,speed pipes and tank filling (very important) percentage calender number series (only 2 or 3 questions) probability permutation combination etc.
cubes based problems Cut off was low almost 85% who attended the test, cleared the test.

Group discussion: Each group consists of 11 to 12 members.There were 2 moderators(from IBS team).All those who speaked more than once were selected.Some of the topics: IBs Group disccussion topics Is advertisement wastage of resources Is younger generation smarter than their parents
IBS technical and hr interview Interview: Interview as usual they asked many many question from project,c,C++,os,etc...etc... They asked questions about all subjects we say. After technical there was also an HR interview.
