Hindustan Unilever Limited(HUL) Senior Executive–Human Resources Leadership Development Interview Experience

Hai..I am Kishore.I applied HUL through an employee referral. Here I am sharing my experience with you.The process took 2+ months – interviewed at Unilever.

Interview Details

Initial call then a detailed mail regarding interview is sent. Then interview is conducted as per schedule and then again mails regarding the updates is sent. All the Recruiters and interviewers keep you at ease and give all the related information before hand. Generally 3 rounds of interview would be there and the interview would be very structured.

Interview Questions

They asked situational based questions and an individual is suppose to think that he or she would do even they they have never been in that situation.Some of HR interview questions are,

1.) Tell me about urself?

2.) Do you like travelling?

3.) Are you willing to work any where in India?

4.) Any questions you wanted to ask us?
