                                              Flipkart Selection Procedure

Flipkart conducted recruitment in my campus.The selection procedure is as follows:

1. Aptitude Test
2. Group Discussion
3. Technical Interview
4. HR Interview

First round was PPT -about the company and procedure etc it takes around 15 minutes.

In recruitment procedure the first round was written test both aptitude and technical.Aptitude test questions almost all sections are covering like reasoning DI geometry verbal ability etc.,

Next group discussion .Speak clearly Prepare weel for GD,this for testing your vocabulary,presentation skill team management etc...,

Last and final round was Technical and HR interview

Technical and HR interview:

Generally as questions on Ds Algorithm and Problem Solving,DBMS Before appearing interview make sure you have very good grip over your fields (Technical)

HR Interview procedure just friendly.Some interview questions are:

* Describe about yourself in 3 words

* Narrate certain instances wherein your leadership qualities were tested.

* Why do you want to join Flipkart?

* In what field you would prefer working in after joining Flipkart: Operations or Business Development?

* Disucusson about projects
