                                                 Ericsson Selection Procedure

 

Hi Friends,

I want to share my experience of the placement process of ERICSSON Noida. I got a mail from them to attend the selection process for the post of GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINEE

 

There were three rounds in all.
1. Written test
2. Technical round
3. HR round
 
First was a written test of general quantitative and aptitude questions all from R.S. AGARWAL, we have to do 60 questions in 90 minutes, with no negative marking.
Result was announced one hour later and luckily my name was among shortlisted candidates.

Second round was technical round.
He asked me questions about 2G, 3G, GSM & CDMA and some questions related to ERICSSON.

He marked us on a sheet accordingly for further rounds. If he found some candidate technically weak, then  he has next round for technical. Luckily i cleared technical round in my 1st attempt.

Then selected candidates have to go through a HR round. This round was more of checking your suitability for job and stability for the nature of work done. He asked me many questions related to my cv i.e. my hobbies, my strong and my weak areas.

When the process was over they said final result will be told by email. I got the mail on 26 august 2010.

I am excited to work and serve my level best there.
