About 12.30 I was called in for the interview. I offered a warm “Good Noon” greet to my interviewer. Then he asked me to sit down. After saying “Thank You Sir!”, i Sat comfortably in the chair..
HR:  TAMIZHVENDAN, I found a pattern in your marks, its decreasing !!  
ME: Yes Sir, It might be decreasing in terms of marks but my learning curve is increasing exponentially sir!! 
HR:  But this is not the right answer!!
ME:  Yes Sir, First I admit my mistake. I am the first responsibility for my decline in terms of marks. But at the same time, I am not fully responsible for it.. There are so many factor is there sir!!
HR: what are they ?
ME: I always represent my answers in short and crisp manner. To an evaluator, it may not enough to satisfy him/her. But at the same time i don’t blame them, since they are also human being and they have only short span to evaluate the answer sheets. So I might failed to impress them.. But in my perspective  I written my last semester  same as that of my first semester. I will redeem myself in the remaining semester..
HR: What you are going to do for it?     
ME: I am confident that I will be placed in Cognizant. Then I will feel comfortable and I have 2 more months in this semester and I will use it to prepare for the exam and I am confident I will score more than 90% in the current semester. As far as my next semester is concern, I have only two papers along with my project. I already got my final year project idea and I will finish it by the semester vacation. Then I have an entire semester and only 2 papers. So, Eventually I will come out with flying colors sir!!!
HR: Ok Tamizh, Tell me about yourself apart from your resume 
ME: I am “BORN TO WIN” sir !!.. I am an ambitious person and I would like achieve a lot. I keep set goals on myself and always move towards to it. I know myself well and I know how to say NO. I always bring my curiosity to learn wherever I go and I enjoy myself whatever I do..
HR: Then..
ME: I can I mingle with the people easily. For example I just wait for 2 hours in my panel but I am able to get to two girl friends..
HR: Can I know their names ?
ME: Yes Sir, off course !! They are Sharmila and Pooja..
HR: Ok.. In the extra – curricular activities you put that you were organized a Training Program called “Thirst -07”. Can I know the reason for the
name “THIRST-07”
ME: Everyone has the will to succeed but only very few has the will to prepare for success. We People who has the will to prepare for success come together and organized this program. We have the thirst to come up good in our lives. So we named it so. We conducted so many programs like Mock Interviews, Aptitude classes, Group Discussions and so many useful stuffs, for the benefit of ourselves.. Also we people who were the part of thirst-07 are going to organize a similar program called “THIRST-09” for the benefit of our juniors as a volunteer service…
HR: Well, That’s good!!
ME: Thank You sir!!
HR:  What is Your favorite subject ?
ME: Programming in C sir!
HR: Why ??
ME: It’s the first programming language that I learnt sir.. I am grateful to my Computer Sir of my higher Standards.. Every day he gave me so many programs to work out and I really enjoyed learning C.. I am very Comfortable with C and I am also very strong on it..In my first semester also I secured “97%”.. So I love programming….
HR: You told me that you have an idea regarding your final year project. Can you tell me about it?
ME: Yes sir… It will be an interesting one.. Its on  JAVA MOBILE AGENTS.. ( I presented  a brief seminar about my final year project that I am going to undertake and about its implications. He asked me some queries regarding that  and I answered well )
HR: Ok , TAMIZHVENDAN, Can we sign a deal
ME: Could you please tell me what the deal is all about..
HR: Ya.. I give You a offer in CTS... But it will be valid only if you secure more than 90% in the remaining semesters... Are you ready to take the risk..
ME: “A ship in the harbor is safe. But it is not what they are built for !!”  Likewise life is all about taking risks.. I am ready to take any calculated
risks..
HR: Do U have any questions to ask me..
ME: Yes Sir !! I have two questions..
1.Could you please tell me about the “Two in a Box”  ( A UNIQUE MODEL USED IN CTS) ??He Answered..
2. What will be my responsibilities in CTS?He answered..
HR: Ok. You Can go now..
