General - Interview
CTS PAPER ON 29th OCTOBER
hiiii frds,
iam priyanka did my b-tech in computer science, i got selected in cts recently,test was held on 29th of oct in gokaraju rangaraju college,after a long trials i reached my goal............... i have covered all most all MNCs at last i got placed here.......... first of all iam thank full to god..
coming to return test..
follow verbal and non verbal reasoning of RS agarwal and times materials just to get an idea about the model.........
it was for 75 min ,three sets and timeslot for each set...
-----one set include comprehentions and so verbal ,time was very limited dont spend more time on comperhenions do remaining and then go for comprehention
-----second set included cube problem and venn diagram prblem and some substition problem need to complete soon here, also time is limited....
-----third set this is quite easy.......... we can do it...
over all first set was tough i mean time was not atall enough ,second is easy,and third is very easy.........
they displayed our results on 31 and interview was held on 7th of NOV
i was not confident about my clearing return test since i had no time to cover all the questions in first set and i had to keep guess answers for some of the questions which i left in first set...and it helped me... so frds if u too have less or no time try start guessing it may help u ,but dont leave since there is no negitive marking u can try for it.......... but dont guess whole test paper k na........ just kidding.........
coming to interview ........
being a computer science student i had to concentrate on my project and java..

ME: i started and while was talking about my hobbies it incuded browsing net ...so HR asked me.....
HR:what u will browse..
ME:i was prepared for this question and i asnwered...
HR:so ur from CSE lets start with java
ME:sure sir
HR:he showed me a chair and ask me write and program in java using inheitance on chir in which it incudes its attributes and methods...
ME:i wrote the program...
HR:tell me something about ur project
ME: i told it took atmost 10 min(incuded questions on projects and i answered)
HR:what is the diff between shell and kernal
ME :i answered it just as kernal is interface between hardware ans shell and shell is interface between kernal and user....
HR:what r diff types of shells
ME : i was not able to remember and i told sorry sir i dont remember...............
HR:does java supports multiple inhertence
ME:no sir but we can by using interfaces.........
HR:so ur flexable to any environment.......
ME:yes sir..
HR: k. ... what do u know about cognizant..
ME: i was prepared for this too i answered,...
HR: thank u priyanka see u again.......
ME: thank u sir
mostly HR stressed on my project i tried to impressed HR mostly in project .........and asked questions on my project like what all components u used and modules, about my role etc........
HR was very friendly .. they just check our confidence level. so frds be cofident and u will get it..............
