CTS Interview Experience
Hi this is Banu priya attended my cognizant interview for process executive.
Initial rounds will be GD, then HR continued by Apps round and final HR.
Interviewer: Hello <my name> this is baskar. He introduced himself.
Interviewer: How are u?
Me: Am doing good sir.
Interviewer: So tell me about yourself.
Me: I said everything.
Interviewer: Why did you left your previous job?
Me: I said am not criticising my company I am very frank about what was happened there for me and my other colleagues who has faced the same problem (since I had a bitter experience in my previous concern. I said I didn't get recognition for my work. This is were the one reason I was rejected).
Interviewer: What will you do if your salary has not been increased in cognizant for more than one year?
Me: Definitely I perform well as much as I can and will show all my skills. Its a big mnc. Surely I will get recognition for my work.
Interviewer: Where do you see yourself 5 years from now on?
Me: Once I am successful in the position am applying for. I will see myself in an managerial or supervisory role.
Interviewer: Tell about your family.
Me: I said everything.
Interviewer: Are you ok with night shifts?
Me: yes sir.
Interviewer: Ok thats all about my questions for you. Do you have any questions?
Me: Yes sir. I asked about cognizant shares. Then finally asked me too wait over there.
I feel very confident that am going to hear positive result because all along the interview process took whole day. Nearly 400 students attended that interview. Am in the final round only with 15-20 candidates. So they called my name finally and said.
You're not shortlisted for this position because they expect more sustainability from you. With smiling I said ok sir and left the cognizant campus with very disappointment.
