My placement experience in CTS -Cognizant - CTS On line test scheduled on 26 th December 2013 at Balaji Institute in Pune through AMCAT
In my campus around 1150 candidates were attended CTS Placement Drive
CTS Cognizant Technology Solutions new campus recruitment Test pattern
On line test consists 55 questions (Aptitude, English ,reasoning etc..,) After the on line test they announced CTS written Test results will mailed you Then after 5 days I got an email from aspring minds that I cleared the written and Interview will be on January 4 2014 in cognizant Pune,
From 1150 students around 200 were selected for the interview. My interview on 2.00pm First interview Technical Interview

final year project and program used in that?
Rate Yourself in programming.
Write a prog of pointer. take a value in it and print the value using pointer as well as the address of that location.
A prog on swaping?
Can you make a Query in SQL?
Do you know about Gates and can you draw a truth table of NAND Gate?

Then HR interview
HR round: (approx 120 students were qualified for HR round

tell me about your family, business and source of income?
HR: (Meanwhile she was checking my mark-sheets of B-Tech, 12th,10th and calculating the percentage by her mobile phone and asked)- you did your schooling from Hindi medium(state board) so what do you do to improve English and how did you manage English in engineering college?
Do you have any relocation problem?
HR: Chennai and Coimbatore?
Me: OK mam, no prob.
HR: in which technology you want to work.
Me: I can work in any tech which you assign to me.
HR: In Support.
Me: yes mam.
HR: Are you sure! in this we have to talk with our foreign clients.
Me: Yes mam (whatever she was telling to me my answer was always yes)
HR: OK, do you have any ques for me.
After both of the rounds(tech/HR) i asked about the results to the coordinators of aspiring minds.
He replied-"we will mail you within a week if you got selected".
And in the evening of 7 Jan, 2014 , I got a mail from cts that you have got selected. (that is the precious new year gift for me.)
