Executive Trainee Interview Experience

I applied online. The process took 1 day and interviewed at Cochin Shipyard (Cochin) in March 2015.

First there was Written Test.Then Short listing on the ratio 1:6 for each post followed by GD and Interview.The whole process was over within 20 days or less. The interview board consisted of 4 guys out of which only 2 guys asked the questions.
