Candidate-Experiences

Hi guys, Capgemini visited our college, Gitam University Visakhaptnam on the 3rd September, 2010 for a campus drive, in which 500 odd participated. There were three rounds

1. Written test(Quantitative and reasoning)
2. Group Discussion
3. Personal Interview(HR+Tech)

First the written test is carried out at11am, 25 questions quantitative and 25 questions reasoning. Refer to previous papers its really helpful. There are four sets so you might have a chance of getting the paper you've referred in net, if ure lucky enough and the results were announced at 3pm.

Out of 500 odd 76 were through to the next round, GD was done taking 9 in a batch, be thorough with the latest happenings and each group 3 to 4 on an average were selected to the next round. If you score sufficiently high in written like 38 like that, then you are almost in, no matter how low you perform in other rounds its an advantage.

Out of 76, 35 were selected to the next round that is interview in folllowing day, presentation by them, package was (2.5)next interview- its more of HR, no need to worry, look at the very basics of c and cpp, and logics of palindrome and fibanaccio series. Even if you don't know, just say it with confidence. That will do, 25 were selected off 35, and i'm one of them.

All the best guys.
Hope this might help you
