Candidate-Experiences

Hey Guys,

I'm Anand kumar here to tell about the procedure which the company did. As on December 15th 2010, i had totally three rounds (surely would have 3)
1) Aptitude
2) GD
3) GD( surprised? yes it was)

Aptitude was of
1) Verbal: 15 questions (20 mins)
2) Reasoning: 20 questions (20 mins)
3) Numerical: 20 questions ( 15 mins)

Verbal had a passage and 5 questions which was easy. The rest where from basic grammar and meanings to select easy to crack. (get a glance of barrons and dictionary)

Reasoning had blood relations, signs of what next would cum, arithmetic reasoning etc tough to crack in the alloted time so doing it fast is very crucial but questions are easy.

Numerical very tough to do on time tough considering the time factor. No sectional cut off.
Out of 450 just 51 where shortlisted from aptitude and was put into GD. Had 12 members each and I did okay was nervous but luckily got selected. So only 24 made it to the final GD.

Actually it was supposed to be a HR round but it was late so they decided to keep GD where everyone right from employees to HR's to the guys who corrected papers where present on that GD.

I spoke well this time and the HR was really impressed and finally all the 24 who made it to the final round were selected.

It was a great experience as it was my first interview in my life and I got selected. I was waiting to send off my friend after the aps cos I didn't knew anything. My friend was pretty confident though but luckily i made it and got through. Hard luck for him.

I just wanted to have an experience to get defeated in an interview but God smiled at me and i was selected.

Guys just do yoour basics right and don't expect returns. Go there do your job and if its your time to reap then do your best and crack.

All the best you future Capgeminians. One shot give your best shot.
