BSNL DGM Selection process

Bharat Sanchar Nigam Lts-BSNL recruit 106 DGM through on line written test to be held on 20.01.2013 

"The examination for recruitment of DGMs in BSNL Telecom Operation and DGMs in BSNL Telecom Finance scheduled to be held on 20.1.2013 stands postponed till further notice. Revised date shall be announced in due course. Candidates are requested to visit BSNL website regularly".

BSNL DGM Selection Process: 

The Selection Process for the Recruitment of DGM's in BSNL shall consists of a Written Exam and Interview.

Shortlisted candidates in the Written Exam will be called for Document Verification and then for Interview.

1.Assessment process-Written Exam-75%

2.Personal Interview-25%

On line Written test Time limit-3 Hours

No of Questions-150 Multiple choice objective type questions

Management Aptitude-75 Questions

General Management, Management information System, Managerial Economics, Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic management, Operation Management, Telecom Knowledge and current events of national and international importance

Part-II cognitiveability-75 Questions-Quantitative ability Data sufficiency, Reasoning (eg .Anlytical, logical, critical reasoning and verbal ability and reading analysis

The Final Selection will be done by taking into account the marks obtained by the candidates in the Written Exam and Interview. The Finally Selected candidates will be appointed as DMS's and can be posted anywhere in India.
