Hi Friends,
I wanna share my unforgettable experience with you all. First let me say 1 thing cracking job in Accenture is damn easy. The only thing you need to do is should be good in basics and go through previous papers and should possess comm skills (Because I dragged the last 3 rounds with help of dat only). The drive went on in CMR college, Hyderabad on Oct 23nd & 24th. The crowd is pretty huge. But no need to get scared. The first round is the basic elimination round. So be careful with that. Let me expalin the entire proc 1 by 1.
First round (Written exam)
Totally consists of 55 bits easy-mediun-little tough bits verbal will be very easy except the 2 comprehensions. Even that can also be don by seeking littl time. 1-20 bits are verbal that include 2 passages also, 21-40 are quantitative (5-10 questions will be really silly),41-55 are resoning ability. The only thing over here is you need to manage minimum 34 bits with in 60 mins. May not be hectic task for many people but should be very careful reg time management.
Second round (GD)
My topic is working women versus home maker. It's really a friendly conversation between 15 students who are all observed by an observer.
You need not try to grab your chance. If you are put at bay by the remaining students, the obsever will see that you make your turn but then you should prove yourself need to utter some good and unique points. If so then your for your third round.
Third round (technical)
They ask only the basic concepts especially C and little bit oop concepts. For some students they asked their favourite subjects and they grilled them little bit on that. But for me day asked
1. Different between structure and oobject oriented progm.
2. Different of pointers and arrays
3. Different between structure and arrays
4. Features of oop
5. And about my project (went to sm depth) that's all
Fourth Round (HR)
In this round in our batch 2-3 students got rejected. Tension is my only friend at that time. But once when I entered the room I followed everything that we need to do there. The HR is so cool and very friendly. I talked to her as if she was my friend. This is the round where they observe all your facial expressions. So always have a smile. It will obscure your emotions. She asked questions like
1. Tell me about yourself?
2. My hobbies
3. My favourite movie
4. She asked me to reveal to her atleast 1 secret thing that my friends and parents dose'nt know (I said no because I really don't have any)
5. My project details (once more here) and few more didn't remember exactly
The asked me to wait outside. I sat on a char which was a hot chair for me full of tension. Then they asked us to move on into a room merit trac people came with a bunch of offer letters. Some one over there said "Here are your offer letters". Finished 1 2 3 shouted till our throat went. Fantabulous minute in my life.
