Established by IQPC (International Quality & Productivity Center),the Call Center Week Excellence Awards honor, recognize, and promote the most innovative call center organizations and solutions. An advisory panel of judges, comprised of industry leaders, reviewed entries in eight categories to evaluate each company's expertise in delivering a superior customer experience.
