Wipro New and latest Test Pattern, for 2014-2015 batch new campus recruitment procedure, Wipro Essay/email writing methods,Wipro new GD Topics ,Wipro candidates placement papers

 

Hi everyone.

 

  Wipro visited our campus on 29th October 2013 for a 2 day recruitment process.

 

  Eligibility criteria : 70% throughout

 

  5 rounds :- out of them only 4 were elimination round

 

1st round:- it was a good round in which students were divided in a group of  students so I guess almost 18 groups were formed as 275 students were eligible.....

 

Wipro GD Topic 2013-2014 Placement s

Different topics were given :My topic was role of Gandhism -easy topic......

 

Other topics were sdlc(students didnt know anything about it ,hr allowed them to discuss it for 5 minutes among themselves and at last all 15 students in this particular group were selected),Role of media, importance of innovation,,, passion/circumstantial.....

 

Tip:- just speak anything you know about it (anything ) even the students. Who couldn’t speak anything creative but spoke blah blah blah were selected....plzz don’t be quiet...

 

2nd round  Wipro Aptitude On line Test :-   This was a written test round......AMCAT  conducts this test for wipro......with 3 sections (quant,verbal,logical )for non cs students and 4 sections (including technical) for cs students

 

Tip:- if you are preparing for cat/xat ,,then the test will be simple for u else u need to thoroughly revise and go through r.s agrawal....

 

3rd round:-Wipro Essay /email Writing :you will be given a an essay and the time limit will be 10 mins...just write the main purpose ,example and conclusion....ending is important....this was not an elimination round....essays are presented in your hr round,......therefore use good vocabulary.....and be neat..

 

4th round:-Wipro technical round:-whether you are from cs/eit/ece/mechanical....plzzz go through each and ever cncept of c/c++/java/data structure.........plus if you are non cs ,you need to go through your core subjects.....just the basic parts..........depends everything on the person u get....

 

5th round:- Wipro HR Round be prepared for questions on your strengths, weakness ,hobbies ,

why wipro,

wipro values,

wipro chairman ,ceo,

Are you comfortable working anywhere, what will you  learn from wipro etc etc.....

 

cautious:- elimination round ..they check your English ,your way of sitting, addressing and wishing them......plus how keen your to work for wipro.......

I was finally selected after a 2 day  vigorous procedure....

Be prepared for everything...not difficult to crack wipro...if u partially improve everything of urs....
