TCS PAPER ON 6th OCTOBER AT BANGALORE
Hi friends, Me Ashish Agrawal(B.tech-C.S. 2007 Batch United College of Engg n Research Allahabad). 8th november is the most memorable day of my life. I m finally selected in a dream company TCS. I m Very happy that today i m writing my interview exp with u all..........Before this i m rejected from Satyam & HCL(eliminate in gd round),Infosys(eliminated in Interview),Wipro(Eliminated in HR),Accenture(eliminated in last HR round),and many more small companies like GEODICS, NDS, Stratify, Applied Materials, etc..... where i m eliminated in interview.............
After these all of the rejection, i will be frustrated but thanks to my parents my friends and my relatives( specially to my mausi) who alwya support me and give confidence n ability to face all thes faliures.......

Now about TCS written test......
as most of the papers suggest, the TCS written test contains 3 parts-
1.ENGLISH(20 ques- very tough)
2.APTI( 25 ques)
3.Logical Reasoning(10 ques).
english is mainly from GRE Barrons 12th editions. But it is very tough for me......
Apti n logical reasoning is little bit easy for me. Go through RS Agrawal for that. U will surely crack n score in this section.
The most important point is that-------
1. Our written test is online test....
2. u cant switch between diff section during test.....
3. every section is well scheduled that will display after certain time....
4. U can switch between diff question within a section....
5. There is no negative marking...
6. There is no sectional Cutoff.
7. Result is displayed after the online test(offically declared later).
Try to concentrate on question n do ur best. Rest of the things will depend on the "Great GOD".
Never say that u cant do any thing...
INTERVIEW:
After Get selected in written test my interview is scheduled in Think Campus Bangalore at 27 th oct. I m very excited n little bit tensed because i m rejected from lot of interviews... But there is some thing different in me on that day, where i m lacking in my previous experience. That is i m confident n luck is with me. At around 7:00am i m reported at TCS office( Think Campus). I m really delighted to see the oval shaped TCS building there. At around 9:30, first batch of 50 students was called for interview n i was the last student in that list. All 50 students are bought to a big hall type canteen. I never expect that type of thing...... There is around 50 odds benches and in each bench 2 interviewers are wating for us...... each student was alloted a bench. Becaus i m the last student in the list so there is no pannel left for me. But one of the hr arrane two persons to take my interview( 0ne is beautiful Forigner and another 0ne is a man). As i approch to that bench i forward my hands towards forigner to shake hand. I cant able to understand that how n why i do so? after that she tell her name n other interviewer also shake hands with me n wish me a good morning......
She explain the whole procedure of interview that first introduction, technical, hr, managerial bla bla.....
After that she asked for my introduction. She intrupt in between during my intro and said that allahabad is in up na? i explain about allahabad and after that continue my intro. As i said that my hobbies are solving pussles, she asked me to solve 1 pussel for her. I asked him that i have to take my own pussles?. She told yes. After that i explain one pussle n explain the answer for that.She is very happy to know that intresting pussle and answer but other interviewer is seem to be not fully satisfy....
After that interviewer started grilling about my final year project. He ask me same questions again n again. But i give the same answer again n again. The question about my project is not very much technical, but it is some what managerial....
Forigner also ask same questions in between......
After that he ask me one program of prime number n one querry to delete tuples from 20 to 30 from a table. But he pretend tht he is not satisfy with my answer. After that forigner start to explain terms n conditions of bond of TCS. Although i m not satisfy with the expressions of interviewer i believe that i m selected. But after that other interviewer again repeat the questions about my project. I give the same ans again......He ask some ques about Network(cant answer). After that both ask me to leave n say that the result is declared online. I think that i m not selected because he takes only on round for me.........
But as result is declared i m the most happy pearson of this earth. Thanks to GOD.
Never loose ur HOPE n always believe on GOD. GOD IS GREAT.
