L n T Infotech Interview-HR Interview
Hi All,
L&T Infotech came to our college on 22nd December 2010 nearly 250 (Think so) students took part. Initially we had the pre-placement talk by the HR team followed by the written test.
Written test:
You will find three sections quantitative Aptitude, Logical & critical (Analytical) reasoning, Verbal. Each sections will have 30 questions so a total of90 questions the time limit is only 90 mins. You will be provided with a OMR sheet. So when you go to the test take up pencil, pens, sharper, Lead.Calculators were not allowed and sheets were not provided to do the calculations and you are not supposed to take the papers to do calculations.
You must do the calculations in the last sheet of question booklet. So see to that learn the question throughly and then turn to the last to proceed with calculation because of turning may take up your time. So make every second very useful. Its tough to make up in 90 mins.
In quantitative section the questions were easy from last. Basic and easy calculation questions were asked like equations, percentage, loss profit etc.,. Logical was very easy. Verbal was little tough but you can score the minimum mark required.
Attend equally in all sections because sectional cut-off is there. In my college many cleared the first round.
Group Discussion:
GD topic were easy. It was like a debate and not GD. First speak against a topic and then swap then random picking and any two may be chosen and asked to debate between them.
Majority of the students were eliminated here. From a batch of 12 only 5 0r 7 were selected. So speak confidently, Loud and Clear. Because if you clear GD mostly will be selected in HR.
Profile screening
Very strict HR's. Looking into marks very deeply.

* Tell about final year project?
* Very basic questions from C and a simple logic of a program was asked to write
* Positive in me?
* Negative in me?
* What do I do if I get a offer in L&T Infotech?
* Why L&T Infotech?
Ok for service bond and work anywhere?
HR are cool and friendly. Speak confidently. Clear. Don't be nervous. I had my HR for nearly 40 mins. Result will be announced then and there. I was fortunate to get placed. 45 students got placed in our college.
