I’m M. GOPINATH and I’m from Final year Automobile Engineering at K.L.N. College of Engineering, Madurai.
On August 17, 2006 I attended IBS Soft Solutions, Kerala – Campus Interview at Dindugal. I Cleared the Aptitude Test, Technical Interview and the final round HR Interview. I want to share my experience with you all….
The Question pattern is:
Aptitude Test – 10 Questions full of Logical reasoning, Flowcharts etc
Technical Interview – Full from Areas of Interest
HR Interview – Fully on Family back round, Puzzles etc
From my college, we attended 91 candidates and 21 are short listed for next round and 14 are short listed for final round and finally 12 members are selected for IBS, Trivandrum.
Aptitude Test:
It consists of nearly 10 questions with Logical reasoning, flowcharts etc
First 4 flowcharts, which are hard to find out the answers. The next 6 questions are easy and full of reasoning.
Technical Interview:
The questions mainly based on my areas of interest. I show my areas of interest in Software Testing, C. And some of the questions from basics of my department.
HR Interview:
The questions asked during the final round are: Describe along with your family, family back round, software testing, etc.
Finally I got my placement in IBS and I’m very happy now…………..
