ACCENTURE TEST ON 9th SEPTEMBER   

hi friends.

 
               this is pratyush. i appeared in the accenture selection process. and cleared it. their selection process is as follows:
 
1.Written test.
2. GD
3 Technical interview
4. HR Interview
 
WRITTEN TEST:
written test consist only the aptitude questions. no technical part was there. aptitude test has 3 sections:
a) reasoning ability(refer to R.S. Aggarwal)
b)verbal ability
c)attention to details
 
GD: in GD the candidates have to come up with some topics and from that one was decided. the topics that came up in my batch were:
a) reservation(at once rejected by the accenture person as much discussion was already held)
b) dress  code
c) scope of english in indian curriculam.
 
the last one was selected for GD. their main criteria was that you should be confident while speaking and should make some valid points for or against the topic.
 
Technical interview: this was very easy. as i am from ECE he asked me abt my project and abt the seminar topic which i had given. in that he also asked abt introducing myself and abt my hobbies. the main thing here again is confidence. u shud be well versed with whatever u have written in ur cv i.e ur project, mini project, etc.
 
HR interview: this was just a formality. he asked me some very obvious and straight questions. like introduce urself,
my weaknesses and strengths, why i want to join accenture, whether i am willing to relocate. and then he asked if i want to ask any question. u should study the company's website and make some important points abt the company. u shud ask some ques., if he asks u to do do
